If my arrival flight is changed, cancelled or delayed, what must I do?

If your flight details change, or if your flight is cancelled, please contact us urgently in order to update your booking. If this happens well in advance, you can also let us know by e-mail. If you lose your flight and you are rebooked in a further one, please call us, otherwise we will be waiting for you at the initial flight.

You do not need to inform us on delays as we monitor arrival times and we will arrange everything.
