When you leave the luggage belts area, please proceed to the exit door and look for a board with our logo (see above on the left). Our driver will lead you to his car, and he will take you to your hotel. In the unlikely event that this does not happen so, please call us urgently:

It is rather important that all passangers show up with their luggage at reception at the agreed time. It is maybe nicer to wait in the gardens or at the pool, but some hotels are too big and complicated to find a person easily.

As an additional courtesy, may we ask you to wait as close as possible to the main gate. This way, everything will flow easier.

We will send an e-mail message to reception with your departure details, which will be handed to you as soon as possible. In case you do not get our message, or if your accomodation does not have a reception, please call us some 48 hours before departure and we will inform you accordingly.

The maximum allowance is one standard suitcase and a piece of hand luggage per person. If you are travelling with excess luggage (big suitcase, golf clubs, bicicles, wheelchairs, etc.) it is imperative that you inform us in order to book the correct vehicle and apply the proper price. Otherwise, extra transport would be required to place extra luggage, and extra fees charged and paid locally.

Yes, we will always drop you off, and pick you up at your accommodation unless any restriction applies, such as pedestrian areas, street closures, works, etc, in which case the driver is not to be held responsible for the luggage transport from the vehicle to the hotel, though he will made his best.

You can cancel your transfer booking anytime without charges, by clicking on CANCELLATION. Only if the cancellation is made within the last 24 hours, charges may apply although we will always do our best to avoid them.

If your flight details change, or if your flight is cancelled, please contact us urgently in order to update your booking. If this happens well in advance, you can also let us know by e-mail. If you lose your flight and you are rebooked in a further one, please call us, otherwise we will be waiting for you at the initial flight.

You do not need to inform us on delays as we monitor arrival times and we will arrange everything.

When you complete a booking, the details are saved automatically onto our system. Besides, we receive a copy of the e-mail confirmation in order to double check it and be sure it’s right. We organize the transfers 24 hours prior to service.

Please make sure the information provided at the time of booking is correct, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for mistakes in the service.

Once you receive the confirmation, please print it and check all details are correct.

Please check the details on the voucher and inform us if there are any errors.

The price includes a transfer service for the number of passengers indicated and their luggage, provided this does not exceed a suitcase and a piece of hand luggage per person. Unexpected excess luggage will be charged, and paid, locally.

Prices do not include tips, nor are you obliged to give any. It is costumary in Spain to tip only if you are satisfied with the service or the kindness of the supplier.

If you know the area very well, please book your transfer to a hotel in the same area, stating in the remarks the correct address you need to be dropped off at. However, please contact us if you have any doubts.

In that event, we do need your co-operation by updating us on your flight changes, cancellations or delays as soon as possible. Please note that, due to the chaos, the information in the airlines website is not reliable.

Our site does not keep, nor do we display any details of your card. In the moment of payment, our site redirects you automatically to an application from our bank, where the operation takes place. Our bank lets our system know whether the payment has been made successfully or not.

Our bulk of operations allows us to reduce our costs and reach good deals with our suppliers, which combined with a proper use of the technologies and the reduction of bureaucracy in our Company, makes us afford attractive rates.

We are not a low-cost Company, and we do not eliminate services to reach better selling prices.
